Which CPR Courses do you Offer?
BLS & ACLS 

Are your CPR Courses Certified by the American Heart Association?
Yes! All courses and instructors are American Heart Association (AHA) certified.

Are there any pre-course requirements ?
You are required to obtain and study the AHA student manual for your respective course before attending the class or skill session.

When do we get our Cards?
Cards are provided to you on the same day you complete the course!

What is your Refund Policy?
REFUNDS: In order to continue to provide our students with competitive prices while keeping our administrative costs down, all purchases for courses and course material made on our website are final and there will be NO REFUNDS.

RESCHEDULING: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your classes. You may reschedule a class, if necessary, by emailing support@tru-pulse.com with that request at least 48hrs before your scheduled class.
Rescheduling requests sent to us more than 48hrs before the class begins will be granted with no additional fee. This is provided as a one-time courtesy to our students.
Rescheduling requests sent to us 24-48 hours before the class begins will incur additional administrative fees: $25 for BLS and $45 for ACLS.
We cannot honor any rescheduling requests sent to us less than 24hrs before the class begins.
Students who do not show up for classes or notify us at least 24hrs before the class begins will be considered as NO-SHOWS. We will not grant credits, refunds, or allow rescheduling for NO-SHOWS
If you do not meet the minimum passing grade for the course, we will allow you to study the materials and reschedule for a future class for FREE. We allow this as a one-time courtesy only. If you are not successful on the second try, you will have to purchase the class again.

Do you have parking?
We have metered parking available in the parking lot across the street. There is also plenty of paid parking on either sides of the street. You can pay at the meter or via the parking App. Text “ARRIVE” to (862)337-8412 upon arrival.
